1. Introduction

Come Learn Forex provides professional Forex trading training through in-person and live online sessions. This refund policy ensures transparency and protects both students and the integrity of our training programs. By enrolling in any of our courses, students agree to the following terms and conditions regarding payments, deposits, refunds, and trading risk.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a seat in any training program.
  • Upon payment, students receive pre-session learning materials to prepare for the training.
  • The deposit is strictly non-refundable, covering administrative costs, training resources, and seat reservation.

3. Refunds on Remaining Balance (Before Training Starts)

If a student cancels before the training start date, the following applies:

  • More than 7 days before the training start date:

    • The remaining balance (excluding the deposit) may be credited toward a future session.
    • No monetary refunds will be issued.

  • Less than 7 days before the training start date:

    • No refunds or credits will be given, as preparations for the session are already in place.

  • Failure to Attend:

    • If a student fails to attend the training without prior notice, no refunds or credits will be provided.

4. No Refunds After Training Begins or Is Completed

Once training has commenced, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

  • This includes students who:
    • Miss or skip sessions (for in-person or live online classes).
    • Feel the training is not for them after starting or completing it.
    • Do not achieve desired trading results, as success depends on individual effort and market conditions.
  • Our training content is proprietary and cannot be returned once accessed, similar to university tuition or digital course purchases.

5. ā€˜Training Isnā€™t for Meā€™ Clause

We provide students with multiple opportunities to evaluate the training before committing:

  • Consultation Calls: Every student speaks with a representative to determine if the training is suitable for them.
  • Pre-Session Learning Materials: Students receive foundational content after paying the deposit.
  • Clear Course Descriptions: We ensure students understand what they are signing up for.

As a result, no refunds will be given if a student later decides the training ā€œisnā€™t for themā€ after enrollment.

6. No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes

  • By enrolling in Come Learn Forex, students agree to the refund policy and waive the right to issue chargebacks or payment disputes through their bank or payment provider.
  • Any chargeback attempts will be legally contested using proof of:
    • Signed agreements.
    • Training attendance records.
    • Access logs for online materials.

7. Trading Risk Disclaimer

  • Trading foreign exchange (Forex) involves risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
  • Come Learn Forex does not guarantee success, profitability, or any specific financial results from our training programs.
  • All trading decisions made after or during the training are solely the responsibility of the student.
  • Any money lost in trading is at the studentā€™s own risk, and Come Learn Forex is not liable for any trading losses incurred by students.
  • The effectiveness of the training depends on the studentā€™s effort, practice, and application of the knowledge provided.

8. Special Circumstances & Exceptions

Refunds or credits may be considered in extraordinary cases such as:

  • Medical emergencies (with valid documentation).
  • Unforeseen extreme personal circumstances (reviewed on a case-by-case basis).

Even in these cases, a credit for a future session may be offered, but monetary refunds remain at the discretion of Come Learn Forex.
